1. Who we are
This website is operated by Odeysse Official (Pvt) Ltd (registration number PV00287116), 36 Grero Place, Pamankada, Colombo 06, Sri Lanka. By buying a ticket or using this site you accept these terms.
2. Tickets
A ticket is a revocable licence to attend the event named on it. Tickets are issued per person, admit once, and must be presented as the QR code we send you. Prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees. Reselling tickets above face value, or duplicating a QR code, voids the ticket without refund.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment gateways. We do not receive or store your full card details. An order is confirmed only when the gateway reports a successful payment and we have issued your ticket.
4. Entry and conduct
Events are strictly for guests aged 18 and over; valid photo ID may be required at the door. We may refuse entry to, or remove, any guest who is intoxicated, carrying prohibited items, or behaving in a way that endangers others. No refund is due in those cases. Guests enter at their own risk and consent to security searches.
5. Line-up and programme changes
Line-ups, set times, stage layouts and support acts are subject to change. A change to the supporting programme is not grounds for a refund. If the headline act or the event itself changes materially, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
6. Photography
Our events are filmed and photographed. By attending you consent to appearing in that material and to its use in our promotional channels.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, our liability to a ticket holder is limited to the face value of the ticket purchased. We are not liable for personal property lost at an event.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Colombo have exclusive jurisdiction.
