Who controls your data
Odeysse Official (Pvt) Ltd, 36 Grero Place, Pamankada, Colombo 06, Sri Lanka, is the data controller for information collected through this site and our ticketing flow.
What we collect
To sell and deliver a ticket we collect your full name, email address and mobile number, along with your order details and the tables or tiers you booked. Our payment gateway collects and processes your card details directly; we receive only the transaction result and a payment reference.
Why we use it
We use your details to issue and email your ticket, to verify your QR code at the door, to contact you about the event you bought a ticket for, and to answer support requests. We keep records of ticket issuance and admission for accounting and dispute resolution.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary data with our payment gateway, our transactional email provider, and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Marketing
We only send event announcements to people who ask for them. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect the tickets you already hold.
Retention and security
Ticket and transaction records are retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted. Access to guest data is restricted to named organisers and every change is logged.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to Odeysse.dev@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep your session and cart working during checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.
